Formed in 2004, Corin BayReal Estate Marketing and Sales, Inc. is a full service residential and commercial real estate listing and sales company contracting only full time, Realtor member, agents.

Centrally located at the cross roads of Venice and Englewood, on Englewood Road (State Route 776), we comfortably service the geographic area ranging from Sarasota to our north, to Port Charlotte, to the south.

As our name implies, Corin Bay Real Estate Marketing and Sales, Inc. specializes in creating and implementing marketing programs tailored specifically to the individual property and that properties market. The goal being to expose and create demand for that individual property to the greatest number of "ready, willing and able" buyers possible.

In addition to Listing and Marketing property, when working with purchasers we utilize a methodical, through, organized approach to buying. Our approach insures that when making an offer, you'll be informed, confident and comfortable with your buying decision and what you can most likely expect through closing.
